Freedom from Nicotine can be a meeting away!

Nicotine Anonymous offers help to those who wish to stop using nicotine.

Nicotine Anonymous is a Non-Profit 12 Step Fellowship of men and women helping each other live nicotine-free lives. Nicotine Anonymous welcomes all those seeking freedom from nicotine addiction, including those using cessation programs and nicotine withdrawal aids. The primary purpose of Nicotine Anonymous is to help all those who would like to cease using tobacco and nicotine products in any form. The Fellowship offers group support and recovery using the 12 Steps as adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous to achieve abstinence from nicotine.

The Foundation Of Nicotine Anonymous Is Built On

The 12 Steps & The 12 Traditions

The Twelve Steps are the heart of our program and encompass the spiritual aspects of our program of recovery. Newcomers are especially encouraged to study, understand and make use of the benefits of the first three steps. The Steps are a process of self-discovery and a journey toward spiritual peace. Everything in the program is suggested; nothing is required except having the desire to live nicotine free. The fellowship supports recovery, it does not demand it.

Nicotine Anonymous® is a fellowship of men and women helping each other to live our lives free of nicotine. We share our experience, strength and hope with each other so that we may be free from this powerful addiction. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using nicotine. There are no dues or fees for Nicotine Anonymous membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. Nicotine Anonymous is not allied with any sect, denomination, political entity, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any cause. Our primary purpose is to offer support to those who are trying to gain freedom from nicotine.
